Speak For Me 2 app for iPhone and iPad

This app is designed to speak or display set phrases at the touch of a button.

Main Screen - this is a list of the pre-set categories. Tap each line to access the pre-sets, press the ‘+’ to create a new preset page or press settings to go to the speech settings page.

Speech Screen - You can now select Speak mode, Display mode or Edit Mode. Also included is the Misc area.

Speak Mode: Tap any of the preset texts and the iOS device will speak the contents of the text field.

Display Mode: Tap any of the preset texts and the iOS devise will display the contents of the text field. Tap the text that is displayed to return to the previous screen. At the bottom of the display screen, use the slider to adjust the text size.

Edit Mode: Tap the Title or Text fields to edit the text. Make sure you use the save option if you want the presets saved.

Misc Area: Enter text in here, then either press the Display or Speak buttons to display or speak the contents of this box. The contents of this box is not saved.

Settings Screen - You can set the Speech Rate, Speech Pitch and language / accent to use. The gender of each voice is as per the apple defaults for that region.
